About Me


Hello, my name is Alan. I am a software professional turning educator. I have always been enjoying learning and teaching. With the most recent change of life event, I have decided to share my love for learning with the people I know. I am Essential Impact Life Coach certified and have also gotten my Digital Product Management at University of British Columbia.

I believe everyone has great potentials that are ready to be discovered. However, there is always a big gap between knowing and executing on that knowledge, not to mention about knowing your potentials, and knowing what to do. That's why I founded MBTIConnect, where people can discover their strengths and fully fulfill their dreams through self-development.

I am also a firm believer on personality compatibility. Through understanding other individuals' personality quirks, we will be more understanding of each other and build a more harmonious society.
